Can we bring the kids ?

We love your kids, but thought you could use the night off! Adults-only, please and thank you!

Dinner is free, but what about the booze?

We can't wait to celebrate with you and fill your tummies with delicious food.

We will provide some beverages throughout the day and on your tables but for anything else it will be a cash bar, so please bring cash or a credit card to enjoy the wonderful bar full of any drinks you can think of!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! You can also approach the accessibility desk at reception for other accessibility accommodations you might need.

Can we stay the night before the wedding?

Of course! But accommodation for that night will need to be sorted by you and you will need to let myself or Luke know, and we can try and get the best value price for you.

Can i bring a plus 1?

No plus 1's I'm afraid. Unless previously agreed with the bride and groom.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?

Get your glad rags on, its BLACK TIE.

Do we book our own accommodations ?

When you RSVP before the deadline, let us know if you want to take advantage of the 25% discount for BB in the Crazy Bear Accommodation. If you seek elsewhere you will have to book that yourself with transport to and from the hotel, but we are happy to help as much as we can :)

For those arriving in private cars, taxis etc. There is a big car park outside the front of the building.

-Radley, Culham, Appleford, Didcot Parkway and Oxford.
